Where are Velvinci bags made?
In our atelier in Marrakech, Morocco. Every bag is cut from full-grain leather and stitched by hand there.
Will I pay import duties on delivery?
No. Import duties and courier customs fees are already in the price, so nothing is charged at your door. In the USA, sales tax is added at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Each bag is prepared within 3 business days, then delivered by tracked express courier within 14 days, free, to the 35 countries we deliver to.
Who is behind Velvinci?
Velvinci is a trading name of Parafresh LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Our bags are made in our own atelier in Marrakech, Morocco.
Can I return a bag?
Yes, free, within 30 days of delivery. Write to us and we email a prepaid label. Exchanges are free too.
