1About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from velvinci.com. Velvinci is a trading name of Parafresh LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and your contract is with Parafresh LLC. Our bags are made in our atelier in Marrakech, Morocco.

They work together with our Refund & Returns Policy and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

2Your order, step by step

The contract between us is made when we send the email confirming your order, after your payment is accepted. Before that, we may decline an order, for example if a bag is no longer available, if a price on the site was clearly wrong, or if a payment looks fraudulent. If we decline or cancel an order, we refund everything you paid straight away.

3Prices, taxes and duties

Prices are in US dollars. Every price already includes the import duties, tariffs and courier customs fees for your country, and delivery is free. You never pay anything at the door. Choose your country to see what the price includes:

4Payment

We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3D Secure). The full amount is charged when you place your order.

5Changing or cancelling an order

Our artisans start on your bag as soon as your order is confirmed, so we cannot change the bag or colour, or cancel an order, once it is placed. If you wrote the delivery address wrong, tell us straight away and we correct it before the bag ships.

You can still return the bag, free, within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange (section 7). If you live in the EU or Norway, your legal right to cancel also applies, as explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

6Delivery

• Free tracked express delivery to every country we sell to, with DHL, FedEx, UPS or Aramex.
• We prepare your bag within 3 business days. Delivery takes up to 14 days after shipping.
• Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can correct it until the bag ships.
• The bag becomes yours, and is your responsibility, once it is delivered.
• If the parcel arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with a photo and we replace or repair the bag at no cost.

7Returns and the guarantee

You can return any unused bag within 30 days of delivery, free, for a refund or an exchange. The full rules, your legal right to cancel in the EU and Norway, and the cancellation form are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Every bag also has the Velvinci Guarantee: 2 years from delivery on the stitching, hardware, handles and straps, and edges. It comes on top of your legal rights, never instead of them.

8Our bags

Each bag is made by hand from natural leather. Small differences in grain, colour and marks between two bags are part of the material, not a fault. Colours can look slightly different on screens, and measurements can vary a little from those on the product page.

9Offers and codes

• WELCOME10 gives 10% off your first order when you join the Atelier List. One use per customer.
• A code cannot be combined with another code, and has no cash value.
• If you return a bag bought with a code, we refund what you actually paid.

10Your account

Keep your password private and your details up to date. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or to harm the shop or other customers. You can delete your account at any time in Account & security.

11Using our website

The photos, drawings, texts and the Velvinci name on this site belong to us. You are welcome to share links and to quote short parts with a credit to Velvinci. Please do not copy our photos or texts to sell other products, or use the site in a way that harms it.

12Our responsibility

Our bags are sold for personal use. If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of it. We are not responsible for business losses or for loss we could not have foreseen.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, for example for fraud, or for death or injury caused by our negligence, and nothing takes away your legal rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, natural disasters or customs closures; we keep you informed and you can cancel for a full refund.

13Law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at [email protected]; most problems are solved in a few emails.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you live outside the USA, you also keep the protection of the consumer law of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

14Changes and other points

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you placed your order applies to that order. If one part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
