Will I pay customs or import duties?

No. Import duties are already in the price of every bag, so nothing is charged at your door. In the USA, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Prices for every other country include VAT, GST or import taxes.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the USA, the 27 EU countries, Canada, Australia, Singapore, the UAE, Switzerland, Norway and Hong Kong. Shipping is free and tracked.

Can I return a bag?

Yes. You have 30 days to return a bag, and returns are free. Every bag also has a 2-year guarantee on stitching and hardware.

How do I care for my bag?

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth, condition it twice a year with a neutral leather balm, and let rain dry naturally, away from heat.
