Not once it is placed: our artisans start on your bag as soon as your order is confirmed. If the delivery address is wrong, write to us straight away and we correct it before the bag ships. You can still return the bag free within 30 days of delivery.

We ship to the USA, the 27 EU countries, Canada, Australia, Singapore, the UAE, Switzerland, Norway and Hong Kong. The United Kingdom will follow later.

Nothing. Shipping is free and tracked to every country we ship to.

No. Import duties, the US tariff and courier customs fees are already built into every price, so nothing is charged at your door.

In the USA, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Everywhere else, the price already includes VAT, GST or import taxes.

Your bag is prepared in our Marrakech atelier within 3 business days, then arrives within 14 days of shipping, wherever we deliver.

When your bag ships, you receive an email with your tracking link. You can also follow it anytime on our Track your order page with your order number and email.

Write to us within 48 hours with a photo. We replace or repair your bag at no cost to you.

Free returns within 30 days. If a bag is not right for you, send it back unused within 30 days of delivery at no cost.

Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We email you a prepaid return label; pack the bag in its dust bag and drop the parcel off with the courier.

Within 5 business days of your bag arriving at our atelier, to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Yes, free. Return your bag with the prepaid label and we send the new one once yours arrives. If the new bag costs more, you pay only the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.

The hand stitching and all hardware, for two years from delivery. If either fails, we repair or replace the bag and pay the shipping both ways.

Full-grain cowhide, vegetable-tanned. It is the top layer of the hide and the strongest grade of leather. We never use split, bonded or corrected leather.

Full-grain keeps the whole natural surface of the hide. Top-grain is sanded and coated to hide marks, which makes it thinner and stops it from building a patina.

Leather tanned with natural plant tannins instead of chrome salts. It takes weeks rather than a day, and it lets the leather deepen in colour and soften with use.

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth, condition it twice a year with a neutral leather balm, and let rain dry naturally, away from heat. Store it stuffed and covered.

No. Full-grain leather darkens, softens and picks up small marks as you use it. This patina is natural and makes every bag unique.

Very close. Each hide is natural, so the grain and shade can vary slightly from bag to bag.

Each bag lists the largest laptop it takes. A 13-inch laptop is about 12 × 8.5 inches; a 15-inch laptop is about 14 × 9.7 inches.
