The finder fills up as soon as the first bags leave the atelier. Write to us and we will tell you when.
Ask the atelierWhen does it need to arrive?
Each bag is prepared in our Marrakech atelier within 3 business days, then delivered within 14 days, wherever we deliver. Choose the country, pick the day it must be there, and we show the last day to order.
Expected date: Eid follows the sighting of the moon, so it can move by a day.

Every bag arrives in its dust bag, inside a gift box with a care card.
Nothing to pay at the door
Import duties are included in the price, so they never get a customs bill.
No price in the box
Your choice at checkout: pick “It’s a gift” and we leave the price out of the box.

Not quite right? A free exchange for another colour or bag within 30 days of delivery.
About gifting
Can you deliver straight to the person?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout, and your own details for billing. Choose "It's a gift: no price in the box" and we leave the price out. The order emails, with the tracking link, come to you.
Will they have to pay customs or duties?
No. Import duties and courier customs fees are already in the price, so nothing is charged at their door.
When should I order for the holidays?
Use the "Order by" tool on this page. Each bag is prepared within 3 business days, then delivered within 14 days, so for Christmas Eve order by the date it shows.
Can they exchange it?
Yes, free, within 30 days of delivery, for another colour or bag. If you want a refund instead, it goes back to the card you paid with.
